The Fiscal Alliance Foundation announced today the results of a new, statewide poll of Massachusetts likely voters gauging Bay State opinions on President Joe Biden’s job performance, the open Governor’s race, and the legislature’s graduated income tax ballot question amendment.

The Fiscal Alliance Foundation made the following statement regarding today’s determination by Justice Lenk of the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) Single Justice Session allowing the lawsuit Dawn Desrosiers, et al. v. Governor Charles D. Baker to proceed to the SJC in September.
