A 2nd supplemental notice has been filed in the case Desrosiers v. Baker, which is challenging the legal underpinnings on which Gov. Charlie Baker has based his pandemic related executive orders shutting down much of Massachusetts.

Authored by the New Civil Liberties Alliance, the 2nd notice alerts the Supreme Judicial Court to a relevant United States Supreme Court Decision, Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn v. Cuomo, which saw the Supreme Court end New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's restrictions on attendance of places of worship.
