Danielle Webb, Esq.

Chair

Danielle is Principal of Huntley PC Immigration Law a full-service immigration law firm. She helps her clients in matters ranging from routine filings to complex federal litigation all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States. Danielle represents businesses, investors, families and exceptional individuals in front of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Customs & Enforcement, Customs & Border Protection, the Department of Justice, the Department of State and in Federal Court. 

Danielle brings over 15 years of non-profit board experience to the Fiscal Alliance Foundation. She has been involved with non-profits in all stages of development - from start-ups to well-established organizations. She believes in creating non-profits that are efficient and results-driven. 

Danielle is a 12th-generation New Englander who grew up in Andover, Massachusetts. She now lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband Chris and Luna the Great Pyrenees.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her law degree from Boston College Law School.

Toby Burr

Treasurer

Toby Burr is a resident of Marion and has been married for 38 years to Barbara Darwin Burr. They have two children together, ages 35 and 38. He is a graduate of Middlebury College, and holds an MBA from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia (’78). Formerly a credit analyst for Bethlehem Steel, Toby has owned a recreational boatyard in Marion since 1980 and has been active in politics for a number of years.

Michael Kane

Clerk

Michael Kane is a Framingham resident and an Ashland businessperson. He recently retired from a forty year career as a residential house builder in the western suburbs. He is currently involved in the solarPV industry as well as self-storage. He is active in the Ashland Business Association, NFIB - National Federation of Independent Businesses and past President of the Massachusetts Self Storage Association, now the Northeast Self Storage Association. Mike is currently the Clerk of the Fiscal Alliance Foundation and one of its founding members.

CJ Gangi

Director

CJ Gangi is a small businessman in Haverhill, MA where he works as general manager of his family's produce processing business. He is active in local town politics and has successfully advocated for several measures. CJ is also active in state politics and has regularly donated to candidates and causes. He is a former chairman of the North Andover Republican Town Committee, having served for over ten years before retiring in 2023. He was one of the largest state wide signature collectors for the 2014 Gas Tax ballot question. He is a graduate of Boston College and resides with his wife and son in North Andover. He is also active in his church, St. Michael’s Parish.

Janet Spinney

Director

Janet Spinney grew up in Foxborough, MA. She is an alumna of Foxborough High School ('85) and Bridgewater State College ('89 ), where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication/Radio & Television with a minor in Business Management.  She is the mother of four children, Megan 23, Colin 21, Ryan 19 and Jack 18 and also has 2 dogs, Chip & Buddy.  Janet has always been interested in politics and has been a longtime supporter of the Fiscal Alliance Foundation.

Todd Taylor

Director

Todd is a long-time business owner and resident of Chelsea. Todd began working at KSM Staffing and within three years, became the owner of the company. While there, he met his wife and they have been married for 20 years. In 2019, Todd successfully was elected as a Chelsea City Councillor. Todd was a candidate for State Representative in 2014 and 2022. He and his wife have two young children. 

Kristen Arute

Director

Kristen Arute is currently President and Program Director of a federally-funded non-profit prevention coalition called Hingham CARES, whose mission is to reduce substance use among youth in her home town of Hingham. She volunteered for the organization for four years prior to taking the position.

In 2016, Kristen was campaign manager for a friend who ran for School Committee and it was during this time she became involved in politics. She is a past candidate for state representative and former campaign manager to State Representative David DeCoste (R-Norwell). 

Kristen holds a degree in education from Wheelock College. Her previous work experience includes being Market Research Coordinator for an educational software company and running her own business. With her license to teach middle school math, she has worked in different school systems in various capacities and has also done private tutoring. She is a mother of two and lives in Hingham with her husband, Michael.
